New clerics for Diocese of Nnewi

The Diocese of Nnewi (Anglican Communion) last Thursday announced the preferment and appointments of some clergy in key positions at the Appointments and Locations Board of the Diocese of Nnewi (Anglican Communion), which held at St. Andrew’s DCC, Nnewi, Anambra State. 
 
The Archdeacons are Venerable Dr. Godfrey Mortanya (Clerical Synod Secretary); Venerable Anthony Ifejirika (Diocesan Accountant); Venerable Dr. Nelson Iluno (Clerical Assistant to the Bishop); Venerable Henry Nduka (Diocesan Education Secretary); Venerable Dr. Charles Nnaemeka; Venerable Chiadikobi Emmanuel; Venerable Michael Mbamalu; Venerable Emmanuel Nnodu; Venerable Harold Obiukwu and Venerable Okechukwu Okeke.

Others are Reverend Canon Wilson Aralu; Reverend Canon Jidekene Ojukwu (Rector DCC inst.); Reverend Chibuzo Odunukwu (Administrative Secretary/ Bishop’s Chaplain 1). Supervisors of Archdeaconries and Deaneries include Reverend Canon Prince Chukwuma; Reverend Canon Ogochukwu Esomonu; Reverend Canon Odilichukwu Onyekaba; Reverend Canon Chamberlain Igwenazo; Reverend Canon Ibezim Okoye; Reverend Canon Kenechukwu Obi, and Reverend Canon Chike Nwachukwu.
   
Chairmen of Parish Councils are Reverend Sampson Eze; Reverend Chika Onyeizugbe; Reverend John Okweluogu; Reverend Kenechukwu Momah; Reverend Osita Ilozue; and Reverend Ugochukwu Okeke.

While Chaplain of Anglican Men’s Fellowship (AMF) and Diocesan Projects Supervisors are Venerable Fortunate Uchendu (AMF Chaplain) and Venerable Arch. Chuks Okoli.
 
Details of the transferor location of workers will be released in due time.
 
The Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Ndubuisi Obi, has also dedicated the refurbished mortuary of the Nnewi Diocesan Hospital, Akwudo Otolo, Nnewi, as one of the best in Nigeria. The mortuary now has new sets of autopsy tables at the Mortuary Section of the Nnewi Diocesan Hospital, Akwudo, Otolo, Nnewi.
 
The mortuary structures and the compound are also wearing a new look.
