Ogunlowo gets CIPM’s CEO Award

The Group Managing Director, Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), Dr. Olufemi Ogunlowo, has been awarded the People’s First Health and Safety Award by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria

The Group Managing Director, Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL), Dr. Olufemi Ogunlowo, has been awarded the People’s First Health and Safety Award by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) in collaboration with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

The award is meant to celebrate the impactful contributions of CEOs to employees’ wellbeing as regards the sustainability of quality living standard of employees, despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic.

CIPM is the apex regulatory body for the practice of Human Resource Management in Nigeria. It was established in 1968 and renamed in 1973 as the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. CIPM was founded on the vision of being the foremost people management institute in Africa, respected across the world.

IOSH is the Chartered body and largest membership organisation for safety and health professionals. Formed in 1945, IOSH act as a champion, adviser, advocate and trainer for health and safety professionals working in organisations of all shapes and sizes, in around 130 countries.

The other 11 winners in the category include the MDs of Sterling Bank Plc, Nigerian Breweries Plc, British American Tobacco Nigeria, Interswitch Ltd, Axa Mansard Insurance Plc, Cadbury Nigeria Plc and Letshego Microfinance Bank, amongst others. (PIX-OGUNLOWO).
