DAPPMAN, Dangote bicker over diversion allegation, N1.5tr subsidy demands
Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) has rejected allegations by Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals that its members are diverting fuel to neighbouring countries.
