'Late Asagba brain behind 5% allocation to traditional rulers'

Delta North Traditional Rulers’ Forum, yesterday, expressed grief over the passing on of the late Asagba of Asaba, Obi Joseph Chike Edozien, saying that they have been uncomfortable since his death.
