Red, White or Green? Which is the best?
Kratom is a type of tree that grows in the tropical environment of several countries of Southeast Asia. The leaves of the kratom trees are sometimes dried in the sun and then ground into a fine powder, which can be used either on its own or in the form of a tablet according to individual desires. However, the kratom tree has several types, each of which is claimed to have its own special characteristics. If seeing a Kratom for sale sign confuses you and you can’t decide which strain is best for you, then read on and we will help you differentiate.
The Three Dominant Strains of Kratom
There are three major varieties of kratom which are mainly differentiated by the manner in which they are processed and packaged for retail usage. You can find distinctly called kratom strains outside of these three varieties, but when the forms are further broken down, it typically applies to the source of the leaves for various kratom strains, rather than the variation between the intrinsic properties and preparation of a single variety of kratom (with the exception of Maeng Da kratom, which is usually grown and selected under more scrutiny to ensure the quality).
We can briefly outline each of the main kratom strains and results so that you can learn important variations and find the right kratom strain for your purposes.
White Vein Kratom
White kratom has gained flavor similar to other strains. Its difficulty makes it difficult for newcomers to understand, but it can be satisfying for those who are interested and have tried other forms of kratoms.
Features: The white vein kratom can be collected when the leaves of the kratom tree are still young and the veins white (similarly to how white teas are harvested from younger tea leaves). After processing, the leaves are fully dried indoors with no light on them.
Potency: White kratom is considered to be the most active of all big kratom strains (outside of Maeng Da), but it is not the perfect form of kratom for people who only read about kratom.
Effects: White kratom is claimed to have a mild calming influence. It is correlated with improved vitality and alertness in lower concentrations.
Red Vein Kratom
One of the more famous strains of kratom, the red vein kratom, is better used for its alleged sedative properties. Red kratom can also be used to alleviate discomfort or to induce a sensation of euphoria in the patient.
Features: Red kratom leaves are dried using a lot of sunlight or a UV lamp during the drying process. Red kratom can also be fermented during its processing to produce bentuangie kratom, a somewhat different version of the regular red kratom (more info on bentuangie below).
Potency: Red kratom is the most moderate of the main kratom strains and is not commonly listed as a stimulant. This renders it more available than its white or green counterparts.
Effects: Red kratom is believed to have a slight sedative effect, which allows the patient to stay relaxed. Some people say that red strain is the best kratom for pain relief, but it has not been licensed for this purpose or as a replacement for any drug.
Green Vein Kratom
Green vein kratom is the middle path between white and red. It is reported to have identical calming effects to those of white kratom.
Features: Green kratom leaves are usually picked after the kratom plant has been allowed more time to develop, resulting in a darker hue. Green kratom is first dried indoors, sometimes in an air-conditioned space, and then moved out to finish the drying phase.
Potency: Green kratom has a more subtle influence than its white vein equivalent, but is nevertheless considered a stimulant.
Effects: As a stimulant, green vein kratom may provide a slight boost of capacity, comparable to white vein kratom, but it can also give the patient more mental clarity to work on tasks of greater stamina.
Other Forms and Variations of Kratom
The three main kratom strains are divided by the type of impact they have on the patient. However, there are also other types of kratom under these three major groups. Often common kratom varieties will show a variant of one of the three main varieties, or often a combination of two or more distinct kratom strains, with more subtle variations such as improved potency or longer-lasting impact.
Maeng Da Kratom
Maeng Da refers to a range of kratoms originally cultivated in Thailand (though farmers are now replicating Maeng Da varieties elsewhere) and is known to be of especially high quality relative to other large kratom varieties. Maeng Da varieties can be categorized and sold as red and white kratom, because Maeng Da has a characteristic combination of red vein and white kratom. It will offer a burst of vitality in addition to a sense of mental clarity.
What one is the better Maeng Da Kratom?
A quick introduction and usage of all three strains can confuse viewers. If both of these Kratom strains are so useful, which one do you use? Obviously, it is not necessary to take all three at a moment. If you are interested to know why, you need to think on why you need Kratom. The easiest way to find the right strain for yourself is specifically related to your necessity.
If you are a chronic pain patient and are taking a strain of Kratom with extremely potent results, you cannot doubt its effectiveness. The consumer must choose the most suitable strain for Maeng Da to fit him well.
With so many varieties and points of origin, the world of kratom provides a variety cornucopia, you might wonder what the best kratom strain is. It honestly boils down to your own taste and needs. The best kratom strain for one individual is not the best kratom strain for another. This may involve some sampling or a bit of testing and error at your end to find the right kratom strain for yourself.
