• Organisers Say Evangelists, Missionaries, Church Leaders, Others To Attend

Pastors, evangelists, missionaries, church leaders and other Christian workers from Nigeria, Africa and Europe are expected to converge on this year’s God’s Mercy Revival Ministries (GOMERM) conference titled, “Building the Builders International Ministers’.”

According to GOMERM General Overseer, Dr James Akanbi,the organiser of the event, this year’s conference is holding in collaboration with the Revival Apostolic Network and would take placeat the Mercy Revival Centre, Idimu-Ikotun Road, Ikotun, Lagosfrom Tuesday, August 11 to Friday, August 14, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. daily.

The four-day leadership and capacity-building event with theme, “Minister • Message • Ministry (MMM): Honing the Man and the Tool for Impactful Results,” is designed to equip ministers of the gospel for greater effectiveness and lasting Kingdom impact.

Speaking ahead of the conference, convener of the programme, Dr Akanbi said the conference is designed to strengthen the spiritual, personal and ministerial lives of pastors, evangelists, missionaries, church leaders and other Christian workers. He said transformed and continually equipped ministers build enduring ministries.

The cleric who observed that ministers devote much of their lives servingothers, said they also need regular seasons of renewal, instruction and spiritual refreshing to balance their ministries, adding that behind every powerful message is a messenger.

“Behind every thriving ministry is a minister who has been sharpened, stretched and transformed. No vessel can continually pour out without first being refilled. Building the builders is designed not merely to build ministries, but also to build the builders themselves,” he said.

He stated that the conference would feature practical teachings, leadership insights and spiritual impartation from distinguished and seasoned ministers, including Pastor J.F. Odesola; Rev. Samson Ajetunmobi; Rev. David Amosun; Dr Oluwabukola Oluwagbenga; Rev. AlbertAina and Bishop Joseph Akintunde, among other respected Kingdom leaders.

A major highlight of the conference will be a financial empowerment initiative for young and emerging ministries, aimed at providing strategic support to help them strengthen their Kingdom assignments and expand their impact.

As part of the church’s August programmes, God’s Mercy Revival Ministries will also host its yearly Zion 2026 Power Conference with theme: “Commanding Realms of Possibilities: Accessing the Depth and Heights of Divine Possibilities,” from August 10 to 16, 2026, at the same venue.

The week-long revival will feature anointed ministers and gospel artistes, with free transportation and feeding for participants.
