A prominent chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Zamfara State, Malam Wadatau Madawaki, alongside the Tanimu Turaki PDP G5, has expressed condolences to the people of Gebewa community in the Rijiya area, of Gusau Local Government Area following a deadly attack by suspected bandits that claimed the lives of four people.

The condolence message was conveyed on behalf of the Acting PDP Chairman of Zamfara State, Hon. Bala Sale Gamji Nasarawa Burkullu Bukkuyum; the PDP gubernatorial candidate, Comrade Yusuf Alhassan Kanoma; and members of the party across the state.

Malam Wadatau Madawaki described the incident as tragic and deeply disturbing, saying the loss of innocent lives was a painful reminder of the worsening security challenges confronting communities across the State.

He expressed sympathy to the families of the victims and the entire people of Gebewa, praying to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest and give their loved ones the strength to bear the loss.

He also called on security agencies to intensify efforts to protect lives and property and ensure that those responsible for the attack are brought to justice.

The PDP leaders further prayed for lasting peace and security in Zamfara State and Nigeria as a whole.
