Life Gift Global Foundation has empowered entrepreneurs with business skills.

Chief Executive Officer of the foundation, Dr. Emmanuel Osimiri, at a two-day workshop, said the move was to equip them to start small businesses on foodstuff from their environment and grow into a multi-dollar business.

Stating that the entrepreneurs would be trained regularly on modern digital skills and tools, he said, this will allow them to grow their wares into global brands, using the digital space of mentorship and networking, among others.

He assured of them of having access to finance, through loans, even as he urged the government to partner with their organisation, to reduce unemployment, and hunger and boost businesses in society.

According to him, “we will continue to teach practical skills to participants with business training and how to source for local materials through training, mentoring and evaluation.”

Special guest and popular On-Air Personality, Wazobia FM, James Emmanuel, urged participants to invest wisely in genuine businesses through due diligence.

He advised the participants to look out for credible businesses through research, and review products and services of businesses to avoid being duped by fraudsters.
