NEMCEA holds September 17, 18

The Electronic Media Content Owners Association of Nigeria (EMCOAN) has unveiled the fourth edition of Nigeria Electronic Media Content Exhibitions and Awards (NEMCEA). The event is slated for September 17 and 18, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos and it will draw in influential players across TV, radio, film, digital content, advertising, and media buying from across the country and beyond.

In the word of the President of EMCOAN, Mr. Adeniji Omirin, “we are happy to announce that NEMCEA in its fourth edition has become the definitive platform for showcasing, networking, and celebrating excellence in Nigeria’s vibrant electronic media landscape. NEMCEA 2025 promises to be bigger, bolder, and even more impactful than the other three editions.”

At NEMCEA 2025, there will be high-impact Exhibitions showcasing the best of Nigerian electronic media content and production capabilities, inspiring panel sessions featuring thought leaders and changemakers from across the media value chain and strategic networking opportunities with decision-makers in content licensing, media buying, advertising, brand management, and regulatory bodies.

The NEMCEA Awards – a glamorous ceremony recognising excellence, innovation, and outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s media and creative sectors.

According to Alayande Stephen T., the Project Director, NEMCEA 2025, “this year’s central theme is “Sustainable content creation in a fragmented media landscape”, while we will also look at other topics like audience engagement in an Attention -Scarfed World – Building loyal Community and creating interactive experiences, collaboration across the media and marketing ecosystem, the monetisation of African content, the emergence of technology-driven storytelling and distribution amongst others.

The media landscape is fragmented. Our audience is everywhere, and nowhere. But sustainable content creation isn’t a myth – it’s a necessity. Join us to be a partaker and benefit from the massive opportunity that NEMCEA 2025 brings on board.”
