
Social media sensation, Chef Mohammad Baydoun, alias Amazing Chef, has revealed why he moved from his home country, Lebanon, to work in Nigeria.
The professional chef told The Guardian in a recent interview what prompted his decision, saying, “I moved to Lagos because I got a job offer. I like the vibe and the country. It has this amazing vibe and I have what it takes to match the energy”.

Speaking on why he enjoys working in Nigeria, he said, “I like to work in Nigeria because it has good soil, air and water which helps to grow amazing fruit and vegetables and they also have amazing meats,” he quipped.
Popularly known on social media as ‘Amazing Chef’, he moved to Nigeria in 2018 and promptly fell in love with Amala, Gbegiri and Ewedu after watching an old lady prepare it from beginning to end when he attended a Lagos party (Owambe).
