As part of efforts aimed at improving the nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and creating job opportunities, Bogo Beverages has commissioned its new 80,000-capacity factory in Ikorodu, Lagos.

The Chief Executive Officer of Bogo Beverages, Godwin Oche, described the N20 billion investment as a statement of the company’s longterm commitment and confidence in the resilience of the nation’s consumer market.

“This factory gives us the opportunity to capture value across multiple categories,
accelerate our growth, and rebuild our business model around scale, efficiency, and local capacity in what stands as one of the largest single investments in Nigeria’s beverage manufacturing sector this year.”

The facility is projected to create more than 10,000 direct and indirect jobs across production, logistics, distribution, retail, and allied services along the value chain.

In addition, the plant is expected to manufacture a portfolio spanning carbonated soft drinks, juice, spirits, bitters, and water, giving Bogo Beverages the capacity to compete across five beverage categories from a single manufacturing hub.
