Treasure Ernest’s Vision: Transforming African MSMEs through digital innovation

In the rapidly evolving digital landscape, Treasure Ernest emerges as a transformative figure, driving the growth of micro, small, and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) across Africa, from Lagos, Nigeria. As the founder and lead strategist of The Sales Ville Africa, Ernest has dedicated over a decade to helping businesses harness the power of digital marketing to achieve unprecedented growth.

Ernest’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of buyer behavior, thanks to her background in psychology, branding, and marketing. This unique blend allows her to craft strategies that resonate with target audiences, enabling businesses to sell authentically and consistently.

“Understanding the psychology behind purchasing decisions is crucial,” Ernest asserts. “It’s not just about selling a product; it’s about connecting with your audience on a deeper level.”

Under her leadership, The Sales Ville Africa has trained and supported over 10,000 business owners across Nigeria, Ghana, the UK, and Canada. Clients have reported significant improvements in revenue, with many experiencing 5x to 10x increases, consistent monthly sales, and enhanced global visibility within a few months.

She is passionate about helping creators in the South-South of Nigeria, who lack access to visibility opportunities. To bridge this gap, and provide support for content creators and entrepreneurs in the South-South of Nigeria, Ernest launched the TSVA Content Studio in the heart of Benin City. This innovative space offers a range of services, including social media page management, content creation, photoshoots, video editing, and online advertising for Creators and MSMEs. The studio aims to provide an affordable and aesthetically pleasing environment for creators/MSMEs to develop high-quality content to drive growth and visibility.

“The TSVA Content Studio is more than just a workspace,” Ernest explains. “It’s a community where creators can collaborate, learn, and grow together.”
Beyond her agency and studio, Ernest is committed to empowering the next generation of digital entrepreneurs. She recently launched a free incubation program for creators in Nigeria’s South-South region, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and access to high-income digital opportunities.

“Our goal is to equip creatives with the tools and strategies they need to thrive in the digital economy,” Ernest says. “By providing access to resources and mentorship, we’re helping to build a more inclusive and dynamic digital landscape.”
Her efforts have earned her recognition from She Leads Africa, naming her one of the Top 50 Rising Motherland Moguls in Africa, an accolade that underscores her significant impact on the continent’s business ecosystem.

As Africa continues to embrace digital transformation, leaders like Treasure Ernest—rooted in Lagos, but impacting far beyond, are at the forefront, guiding MSMEs and creators toward sustainable growth and success. Through her innovative strategies and unwavering commitment, Ernest is not only transforming businesses but also shaping the future of entrepreneurship across the continent.
