Executive Vice Chairman (EVC) of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Prof. Umar Danbatta, has urged government to tap into the enormous opportunities presented by the fourth industrial revolution.
Speaking yesterday in Abuja at the International Telecommunications Union’s (ITU) yearly regional Human Capacity Building (HCB) workshop, he noted that Africa missed the first, second and third industrial revolutions due to inaction.
