Signal Alliance Technology Holding (SATH) has marked its 30th anniversary with the rebranding of two of its subsidiaries, reaffirming its commitment to accelerating Africa’s digital transformation and strengthening its position as one of Nigeria’s leading technology groups.

The milestone celebration, held yesterday in Lagos, brought together business leaders, technology stakeholders, clients, partners and the media to reflect on the company’s three decades of innovation and enterprise transformation, while unveiling its next phase of growth.

As part of its renewed strategy, CloudSA has been rebranded as SATH Cloud, while Signal Alliance Consulting will now operate as SATH Technology Consulting.

According to the Group, the changes reflect its continued evolution and the creation of a more unified brand architecture designed to support growth, innovation and greater value creation for clients.

Speaking at the event, Chairman of SATH, Collins Onuegbu, described the anniversary as a defining moment in the company’s history.

Onuegbu said innovation, strategic partnerships, technical excellence and an unwavering focus on customer success have driven the company’s sustained growth.

He noted that Nigeria was one of the early adopters of Artificial Intelligence and was at the forefront of this goal.
