The Corona Schools’ Trust Council has announced Mr Olaniyi Yusuf as the new Chairman of its Governing Board, effective immediately.

The appointment followed the conclusion of a leadership transition at the council’s 59th Annual General Meeting held on December 12, 2025.

Yusuf brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a strong background in strategy, governance, and institutional development.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and Managing Partner at Verraki Partners.

Yusuf previously served as Chairman of the Corona Secondary Schools Board and Chairman of the Technology Committee.

The Council expressed confidence that his leadership will drive sustainable growth and excellence across the institution, which comprises nursery primary secondary and a college of education.
