BRIPAN set to host international conference
The Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) is scheduled to hold its 2018 International Conference and Gala/Award Nite on September 27 and 28, 2018 at Four Points by Sheraton, Oniru, Lagos.
According to the Chairman of the Conference Planning Committee, Ayodele Akintunde (SAN), the Conference with the theme “Driving Business Rescue in the Shadow of the Law” will feature seasoned resource persons who will examine business rescue mechanisms and reforms required for a vibrant and fit-for-purpose corporate rescue regime in Nigeria.
Some of the confirmed speakers/panelists, according to a statement by the organisers, at the two-day event which would have five plenary sessions include acting DG of Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Mrs. Mary Uduk, Chief Anthony Idigbe (SAN) and Professor Fidelis Oditah (QC), among others.
