It was indeed a week to remember as the students of the College of Natural and Applied Sciences (CONAS), Fountain University, Osun State, had a week-long event to honour students with outstanding achievements all-round the semester.

The event tagged “Night Under the Stars” started with a special prayer session at the university’s mosque, followed by orientation programme designed to mentor the newly admitted students on how to achieve a successful career.

There was also a seminar in which a lecturer of the school Dr. Abdul Salam educated the students on computational chemistry and the Hepatitis B disease. The overall aim is to educate the students on how they can combine education with social life and have a good balance.

Also in a bid to promote the entrepreneurship spirit in students, there was a trade fair where students displayed their wares and were patronized by their fellow students and lecturers.
