Varsity tasks institutions on qualitative, employable graduates

To address the increasing cases of unemployment in the country, universities must produce competent and disciplined graduates. Besides, they must nurture worthy leaders for emerging industries and economies.

Assistant registrar, strategy & communications, Okesola Sanusi in a statement on the forthcoming matriculation of the university stressed the need to nurture graduates who are competent, disciplined and who will exhibit good character anywhere they work.

Despite teething and expected challenges, Okesola state that Anchor University, a faith-based institution owned by the Deeper Christian Life Ministry is extending the frontier of knowledge beyond the limits of the regular conventional institutions.

The matriculation ceremony will begin by 10.00 am at the university’s main auditorium.
