Nollywood filmmaker and actress Omoni Oboli’s latest movie, “Love In Every Word”, has returned to YouTube after it was removed over a copyright claim.

Oboli, in a post on her Instagram page on Wednesday, confirmed that the issue had been resolved and urged fans to keep watching the movie.

“Hey besties, thank you for the love and concern. We deeply appreciate you all for your calls, messages, posts, tweets, comments—everything! I’m sorry I couldn’t respond at the time. There was a little misunderstanding with our movie Love In Every Word. It’s been sorted out now and we are back stronger than ever! So let’s make up for the time lost, besties. Time to make sure the whole world watches Love In Every Word on Omoni Oboli TV on YouTube. God will forever be glorified,” she wrote.

Love In Every Word”, is a romantic drama produced by Oboli and written by Mfon-Abasi Inyang, premiered on March 7, 2025.

The movie gained massive traction, hitting over seven million views in just four days, Oboli’s highest-streamed film on YouTube.

But on Tuesday, March 11, the film was unexpectedly taken down. A notice on YouTube stated that the removal was due to a copyright claim filed by Chinonso Obiora (Skyberry).

The takedown triggered a wave of reactions online, with many social media users expressing their frustration and questioning the validity of the claim.

“How can people be this wicked? How do you claim rights to something that isn’t yours?” tweeted Enoch Owolabi, whose post quickly went viral.

Other fans, including Tabby Daizy and King Morgan, described the incident as “heartbreaking” and speculated that legal issues might have caused the takedown.

Neither Oboli nor the claimant publicly addressed the issue before the movie’s reinstatement.

Now back on Omoni Oboli TV, “Love In Every Word” is once again gaining traction as fans rally to ensure the film regains its lost momentum.
