Meat kebab is a dish made from small pieces of meat that are skewered and grilled over an open flame. The meat used in kebab can vary, but it is often lamb, beef, chicken, or a combination of these meats. The meat is typically marinated in a mixture of spices, herbs, and oil to add flavour and tenderize it before grilling.

In addition to the meat, kebab can also include vegetables such as onions, peppers, and tomatoes, which are also skewered and grilled alongside the heart. Once cooked, the meat and vegetables are typically served on a plate or wrapped in flatbread or pita with various accompaniments such as yoghurt, hummus, or a spicy sauce.

Kebab is a popular dish in many countries and cultures, and there are numerous variations and styles of preparation. Some popular types of kebab include shish kebab, where meat is grilled on skewers, and doner kebab, where meat is roasted on a vertical spit and sliced thinly. However, for this Easter, they are the perfect finger-licking meal for guests to savour on.
