Bbreakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. I can never understand people who say things like “Ii don’t eat breakfast”. How do you manage to function? I have to eat at least bread or drink tea or something in the morning before I can even pretend to be functional.

Maybe people don’t eat breakfast because they think it’s boring? If this is the case, then maybe it’s time to mix up your routine a little bit.

Try these 6 different ways to eat breakfast –

Cook Your Eggs In The Microwave

Sometimes at home, we do this when we don’t really want to fry our eggs. Put your eggs in a microwave-safe mug and heat it up for about one or two minutes (depending on how cooked you want it). The egg usually comes out fluffier than it would ifit was in the pan, and it uses less oil.

Blend Your Coffee With Yoghurt

I hate the taste of coffe sometimes. No matter how much sugar I add, it never tastes sweet enough. If you haven’t guessed, I’m a sugar junkie. A neat way to get your caffeine rush and still get some sweetness is to blend cold coffee with some yoghurt.

Pre-Cook Your Eggs

Instead of making eggs every morning, cook more than one at once and store them in your fridge. If you have a muffin pan, break all the eggs into a bowl, add your seasoning, whisk, and then fill the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until as firm as you want it to be. Cover with foil and keep in your fridge to reheat whenever you want.

Turn Your Yoghurt Into A Popsicle

You can stick popsicle sticks into your yoghurt and freeze solid. At first, it’s a bit difficult to fit into your mouth, but you get the hang of it the more you do it.

Overnight Your Oats

Having oatmeal in the morning can be a bit annoying because you have to wait for it to cool down and then when it does it gets a bit gunky. Mix your oats, milk, and water. If you want to be fancy, you can add raisins or fruit and maple syrup to the mix. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you can simply grab your oats and go.
