World Health Day comes every April 7, but let’s be honest, staying healthy is an everyday job.

We dug into the basics again because sometimes it’s not about new trends, but reminding yourself of the things you already know but ignore.

Here are five health habits you need to stop playing with:

1. Don’t skip breakfast

Your body needs fuel to start the day. Not pure vibes. Even a simple combo like oats and banana will keep you sharper than running on empty.

2. Load up on vitamins

Fruits, veggies, and anything with colour get them in. Vitamin C, D, zinc. Your immune system is not invincible. Give it backup.

3. No heavy meals at night

Late-night swallow? That’s not it. Eat light before bed. Your body wants rest, not a wrestling match with eba at 10pm.

4. Stop smoking

underage smoking

Nothing cool about puffing your lungs away. Whether it’s cigarettes or shisha, they’ll both drag you down eventually.

5. Get checked regularly

Going for yearly checkups can help prevent major health issues. That symptom you’re ignoring might be more serious than you think, so go for check-up regularly.
