Chart-topping American hip-hop artist and record producer Jermaine Lamarr Cole, popularly known as J. Cole, delivered a stellar performance at the Castle Lite Unlocks concert held at the Eko Hotels and Suites on Friday, April 27, 2018.

The show, which was hosted by Nigeria’s D.O.T.U.N and South Africa’s Pearl Thusi, opened with performances from several Nigerian deejays and artistes taking turns to thrill the ecstatic audience.

The concert, which will go down in history as one of the most memorable performances in Nigeria by an international artist, also saw other top Nigerian artists perform, including MI Abaga, Ycee, Falz, Tiwa Savage, DMW, Wizkid and Davido.

This was J. Cole’s first appearance in Nigeria, happening less than two weeks after the release of his fifth studio album, KOD, which he performed for the first time in Lagos along with songs from past albums.
