The State Coordinator and Director-General of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors Akwa Ibom State chapter, Obong Prince Ikim, has lauded the leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC), stakeholders of the party, and APC faithful in Akwa Ibom State for the peaceful conduct of the just concluded APC primaries in the state.
Obong Prince Ikim registered his appreciation to the leadership of APC in the state through a congratulatory message made available to newsmen on the heels of the just concluded Presidential Primary and other party elections in the state.
Ikim described the atmosphere of unity, decorum and democratic maturity during the party primaries as a clear reflection of the Renewed Hope Agenda championed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Arise Agenda championed by Governor Umo Eno, whom he described as a man of peace.
According to him, the just concluded peaceful APC primaries “…sends a message to Nigerians that the APC remains committed to internal democracy, peace and progress.”
He also commended the Electoral Committee, security agencies and party members for ensuring that the exercise was hitch-free and credible.
“This peaceful conduct strengthens our resolve as Renewed Hope Ambassadors to intensify grassroots mobilisations and sustain momentum towards delivering victory for the party in the coming elections,” part of the message read.
Prince Ikim, in his message, also sued for unity of purpose and determination to secure a prosperous, secured and inclusive nation under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
“Let us continue to work together, united in purpose, as we advance the vision of a prosperous, secured and inclusive Nigeria under the Renewed Hope Agenda,” Prince Ikim advised.
