Bello sacks aide on stakeholders relations
The Kogi state governor Yahaya Bello on Monday sacked his special adviser on Stakeholders Relations, Anthony Ogah.
Ogah’s dismissal was announced in a statement signed by the Secretary to the Kogi state government, Folashade Ayoade.
It was also disclosed in the statement that the termination of Ogah’s appointment takes effect from Sunday, September 24, 2023.
However, no specific reason was given for the removal of Ogah from his position as special adviser to the Kogi state governor.
“In light of this press release, Mr. Anthony Ogah is instructed to promptly hand over his identity card and any other government property or documents in his possession to the Permanent Secretary, Administration, in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the state,” Ayoade said.
The SSG, in the statement also said governor Bello would like to extend his best wishes to Ogah in his future endeavours.
