CCT fixes Sept 21 for judgement on Orubebe’s case

The Chairman, Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Danladi Umar, has approved September 21 as the date for judgement in a suit filed against former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe.

The Chairman, Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Danladi Umar, has approved September 21 as the date for judgement in a suit filed against former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godsday Orubebe.

This was contained in a notice of the tribunal’s sittings for September and October respectively signed by the Principal Registrar I of the tribunal, Victor Isibor for Director, Legal Services Department.

Also contained in the notice was the October 5 date slated for ruling on the case of false assets declaration brought against the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.

Other cases scheduled for hearing in September include those of former Councillor from Kogi State, Musa Mubeen, fixed for September 28, and three serving permanent secretaries from Jigawa State, Zakari Umar, Muhammad O., Musa O. and Muhammad B. Mu’azu, fixed for September 29.
