Company donates to Osun police for better security

A gold mining company, Beltij Limited, has donated a fence to Ilesha police station in Osun State.

A gold mining company, Beltij Limited, has donated a fence to Ilesha police station in Osun State.

The company also handed over 300 bags of rice to the division as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) to settlements and residents.  

Beltij’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Tijani Remilekun Usman said it was their desire to uplift the morale of security agents in the quest to tackle insecurity. 

He stressed that in as much as the funding of the police force remains inadequate and inconsistent nationwide, the CSR initiatives of companies would assist the Federal Government in managing the nation’s security architecture.
