Family of 65-year-old woman attacked in Delta, seeks justice  

Family of a 65-years-old woman, Mrs. Joy Biosah, who was allegedly shot by one, Mr. Agi Nwaicha, has called on Delta State Government and security agencies to ensure that justice is served in the matter.

The call, the family said, followed lack of progress on the matter since it was reported to the police.
 
The victim was allegedly attacked in Onicha Ugbo, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State over farmland dispute. Following the incident, no fewer than nine bullets were removed from her body.
 
A family member, who spoke to The Guardian in confidence said, his family is still waiting for justice, 10 months after the incident. He appealed to Delta State Government and security agencies to ensure that justice is served in  the matter.
