Targets growth to reward realtors

The Managing Director of Zenytal Properties, Afolayan Abiodun, has said the company is strengthening its commitment to expanding real estate investment opportunities in Nigeria, to ensure realtors are empowered.
He disclosed this at the firm’s 2026 Realtor Annual Conference and Awards, organised in partnership with Billionaires Realtor Group (BRG) and Peak Performer Business Network (PPBN).

The conference theme, “Growth Blueprint: Building the Mindset, Systems and Sales Power to 10X in 2026,” brought together real estate moguls and realtors. The conference reflected the organisers’ focus on preparing realtors to significantly scale their performance in the coming year.

Speaking at the event, Abiodun commended the company’s network of realtors for their strong performance in 2025, noting that their contributions were instrumental to the rapid expansion of the company’s estate portfolio.
According to him, the conference also forms part of the company’s broader plan to ensure that realtors benefit from the company’s next phase of growth.

“You did not just sell properties last year; you built momentum for our organisation. Because of your dedication and results, one of our estates was completely sold out in 2025. That achievement is not just a sales milestone; it is proof of the trust investors and clients have in our brand and in the value of what we are building,” he said.

He explained that Zenytal Properties is positioning itself as a major platform for real estate investment opportunities while aggressively expanding to meet the rising demand for property investments across Nigeria.
Abiodun disclosed that the company will soon unveil new projects designed to deliver improved documentation, stronger infrastructure planning and better investment returns for clients.

“We are not slowing down; we are scaling up,” he said, emphasising that the firm remains committed to transparent processes, competitive commissions for realtors and long-term partnership opportunities within its growing network.

Beyond property development, Abiodun revealed that the company is also building a broader wealth ecosystem designed to create sustainable investment opportunities for its partners and clients.
This, he said, includes agricultural investments such as an oil palm project aimed at providing long-term income-generating assets.

President of PPBN, Dr. Kazeem Yekinni, urged participants to approach the real estate business with stronger discipline and strategic thinking, stressing that sustainable growth requires structure and continuous learning.
According to him, many entrepreneurs fail to maximise opportunities in the real estate sector not because the market lacks potential, but because they do not build the systems required to scale.

“Real estate remains one of the most powerful tools for wealth creation today but achieving meaningful results requires the right mindset, consistent execution and strong professional networks,” Yekinni said.

He encouraged participants to invest in personal development, strengthen their business systems and leverage collaborations within the network to achieve greater results.
Similarly, the President of BRG, Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, emphasised the importance of collaboration among real estate professionals, noting that partnerships play a critical role in driving growth within the industry.

Abikoye described the conference as a platform designed to strengthen professional networks while expanding awareness about property investment opportunities.

“What we are building here is more than a sales platform. It is a community of professionals who understand that collaboration multiplies success. When realtors share knowledge, opportunities and systems, everyone grows faster,” Abikoye stated.
