Globacom has distributed houses, brand new cars and household appliances to business partners across the federation to honour them for promoting the brand and achieving their targets.

The presentation held during the telecommunications firm’s 2023 Dealers’ Appreciation Gala Dinner events in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Jos and Kaduna. The lucky dealers were those who achieved agreed targets last year.

A total of 70 dealers across the five cities received different prizes. While 14 Category 1 traders received keys to modern homes, 37 Categories 2, 3 and 4 dealers were presented with brand new cars. The final set of dealers in Category 5, who were 19 in number, got assorted household items.

Globacom, in a statement, yesterday, said the prizes were in continuation of its tradition of rewarding and upholding excellence among partners, especially those who meet established thresholds across the regions.

The company acknowledged the critical role dealers have played in its success story in the last 20 years, pledging to sustain support for them in meeting their individual business goals and aspirations.

Managing Director of Zeph Associates, Tochukwu Nwosu, whose company won two brand new houses alongside other Category 1 dealers in Abuja said: “Globacom has delighted its trade partners tonight and on behalf of my fellow dealers, we say thank you.”

Also in Port Harcourt, CEO of Lustre Communication, Nonso Osinike, a beneficiary of bungalow, remarked: “This is great. We are very happy. Glo has done well.”

Speaking at the Lagos event, a frontline dealer/Managing Director of Yarab Integrated Limited, Alhaji Mobolaji Abdulrasaq, commended Globacom for what he called “appreciative gesture” to motivate associates and partners.

To Chief Jideofor Agudosi of Emy-V Global and Lady Blessing Agbara of Allasimal Exault, who both won cars in Jos, the gesture signified the premium Globacom places on its dealers, just as Olalekan Abdulrasaq of Luktec Resources Concept Limited said he was proud to be a Glo dealer, as it is a company that seeks profitability of partners.
