Group urges truce in Bello, Achuba dispute

A socio-political group, Concerned Idah Federal Constituency Movement, has appealed to Governor Yahaya Bello to open the door of reconciliation between him and his estranged deputy, Elder Simon Achuba, to address the political imbalance.

A socio-political group, Concerned Idah Federal Constituency Movement, has appealed to Governor Yahaya Bello to open the door of reconciliation between him and his estranged deputy, Elder Simon Achuba, to address the political imbalance.
The group, in a statement by its President, Ochalla Alfa and Secretary, Mr. Ojonugwa Ocholi, at the weekend in Lokoja, also enjoined the people of goodwill to initiate the process that would bring peace and mutual understanding between the duo for proper reconciliation, advancement, and development of the state.
