Governor Aminu Masari of Katsina State has said that insecurity posed the most pressing challenge his administration faced during his first tenure in office.

He stated this during his second term inauguration in Katsina yesterday.

Masari said limited resources that came into the state’s coffers, which hampered successful implementation of laudable policies for socio-economic development of the state, also formed a major challenge.
