Katsina to create extra ministries
In addition to existing ministries, Katsina State is mulling the possibility of creating additional ones.
Though Governor Aminu Masari did not specify which new ministries would be created, he said their establishment would help fast-track governance in the state.
He stated this yesterday during the swearing-in of 14 special advisers of his government.
Of the 14, 10 are returnees while four are newly appointed.
The four new advisers are Bashir Dayyabu for International Donor Agencies, Lawal Tanimu for Labour, Kabir Sha’aibu for Political Affairs, and Abdullahi Ibrahim for Legislative Matters.
The reappointed include Muntari Lawal, Bashir Ruwan-Godiya, Abdulkadir Nasir, Hussaini Adamu, Khaliel Aminu, Aminu Lawal, and Lawal Bagiwa.
