KolaDaisi University (KDU), Ibadan, has announced that it will retain its existing tuition fees for the 2026/2027 academic session, reiterating its commitment to making quality university education accessible and affordable to students and their families.

The decision, approved by the university’s Governing Council, means that returning students will continue to pay the current tuition rates throughout the 2026/2027 academic session.

In a statement issued by the Office of the Registrar, Mr.  Haruna Olawale Adetu, the university said the decision was in line with its policy of reviewing tuition fees for returning students only once every two academic sessions.

According to the institution, the policy is designed to provide greater stability and predictability for parents, guardians and students, particularly amid prevailing economic challenges.

The university said retaining the existing fees demonstrated its commitment to supporting families while ensuring that students continued to have access to quality education without disruption.

It added that the decision reflected its philosophy of placing students and their families at the centre of its policies and operations.

The Registrar urged parents and students to take advantage of the university’s flexible payment options available through its online portal to meet their financial obligations.

Adetu assured stakeholders that the institution would continue to maintain high standards in teaching, learning, research and character development without compromising academic quality.

He said KDU remained committed to producing graduates equipped with sound knowledge, practical skills and strong moral values, while providing an academic environment that promotes innovation, excellence and responsible leadership.

The university management also reaffirmed its commitment to implementing policies that promote academic excellence, student welfare and institutional sustainability.
