Lagos discharges four coronavirus patients, total recovery now 94

Lagos State Government on Saturday discharged four more coronavirus patients who have recovered from the disease.

“Today, 4 more persons; 3 males and 1 female were discharged to join the society,” Lagos State governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu tweeted.

“The patients; 2 from the Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba and 2 others from Onikan Isolation Centre have fully recovered and tested negative twice consecutively to COVID19.”

This brings the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from state-owned solation facilities to 94. So far, 13 patients have died in the state.

Lagos State currently has the highest cases of coronavirus in Nigeria with 283 patients out of the total 493 cases in the country.
