LAUTECH appoints acting provost, dean for Iseyin campus college
Former Rector, Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology at Igboora, Prof. Jacob Gbemiga Adewale, has been appointed as the Acting Provost of the newly-created College of Agricultural Sciences and Renewable Natural Resources, a campus of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.
Acting Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Mojeed Olaide Liasu, also announced Prof. Lateef Oyewole Alamu of the Department of Crop and Environmental Protection in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Renewable Natural Resources.
This was contained in a statement made available to The Guardian by the Public Relations Officer of the university, Mr. Olalekan Fadeyi, yesterday.
Their appointments, which take immediate effect, followed due nomination.
