NAWOJ Lagos honours first female speaker of Lagos Assembly
The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), Lagos State Chapter, recently made a courtesy visit to the trailblazing first female Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly Mojisola Meranda.
Led by Chairperson Dr. Mrs. Adeola Ekine, the delegation offered warm congratulations to Meranda on her remarkable achievement. Dr. Ekine praised the Speaker’s tireless efforts to promote gender inclusivity in politics and her unwavering commitment to governance.
