Secretary for Northern Elders Forum (NEF), Abdul-Azeez Suleiman, has described the Special Adviser (Political Matters) to Niger State Governor, Nma Kolo, as a distinguished leader whose unwavering commitment to public service set apart from the rest.

Suleiman made the commendation in a statement to mark Kolo’s 56th birthday in Minna, at the weekend.

According to him, the governor’s aide serves as an inspiration to his friends and political associates, who strive to emulate the values and standards he embodies in both his personal and professional life.

He further stated that Kolo’s willingness to engage with the grassroots set him apart from other public officeholders, who often seem out of touch with the realities of the common man, at a time when political officeholders often distance themselves from the grassroots.

“His open-door policy and genuine concern for the welfare of Niger people have endeared him to many, earning him the title of the Most Outstanding Political Office Holder in the state,” he said, noting that Kolo was not just a political figurehead, but a true servant of the people.

“One of Kolo’s most notable qualities is his belief in the importance of inter-generational connections.”

“Humble, down-to-earth and incredibly reliable, Kolo’s leadership style is a testament to his unwavering dedication to the interests of the people,” he added.
