The Nigeria Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) has emphasised the need for the Federal Government to put in place more achievable fiscal policies for the most vulnerable, to ensure efficiency and capability in financing and providing essential services to all.

This submission is part of the recommendations of the Economics and Business Policy Department of NISER, at the end of its latest national research survey on the challenges militating against “More Inclusive Growth, Youths and Jobs.”

Presenting the report at the monthly NISER Research Seminar Series held in Ibadan, a Senior Research Fellow in the Department, Iyabo Olanrele noted that good governance with strong institutions will help in overcoming corruption and entrenching institutional bureaucracy needed for developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing inclusive growth strategies.
