Obasanjo, Adeboye, others for TACN thanksgiving
Former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, and the General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adeboye, are among eminent Nigerians expected at The Apostolic Church Nigeria (TACN), Lagos, Western and Northern Area (LAWNA) Territory’s first post-centenary thanksgiving service in Lagos on Sunday.
Disclosing this yesterday at a press conference in the church’s Council Hall, national vice president of the church and LAWNA territorial chairman, Dr. Emmanuel Awojide, said the gathering would be in appreciation of God’s blessings in the past 100 years and to thank him for the beginning of another century of greater glory for the church, its officers and members.
The chairman, who used the occasion to highlight the achievements of the church in the past century, appealed to the federal government to do everything possible to tackle insecurity in the country.
