‘Ongoing projects show Buhari’s love for South East’
The Senior Adviser to the President on Justice Reform Sector, Mrs. Juliet Ibekaku-Nwagwu, has said the ongoing 69 projects in the South East had punctured the claims that his boss hated the region.
In a statement yesterday in Enugu, she insisted that the development was a testament of the sincerity and commitment of the president to transform every part of the country.
The Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, had in response to an allegation of unfair treatment in budget execution, especially in projects by South East governors, published a list of 69 ongoing projects in the zone being embarked upon by the Buhari administration.
Mohammed had also stated that some of the projects were awarded before the coming on board of the current government but were either poorly funded or not funded at all.
