Salako to deliver foundation second annual cancer lecture

Consultant, Clinical Oncologist and Lecturer, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Dr. Omolola Salako, will deliver a keynote at the Ellen Adeyinka Anjorin Cancer Foundation

Consultant, Clinical Oncologist and Lecturer, College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Dr. Omolola Salako, will deliver a keynote at the Ellen Adeyinka Anjorin Cancer Foundation second annual memorial cancer awareness lecture on July 7, 2021.

The lecture with the theme, ‘Cancer Treatment with Special Reference To Chemotherapy – Pros and Cons,’ will hold virtually and at Chemline House Conference Centre, 7, Obasa Road, Off Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

The guest speaker expected at the event, Consultant, Clinical Oncologist and Lecturer, Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Dr. Ismail Zubair, will speak on the topic ‘Coping with The Side Effects of Chemotherapy and Outlook’.

According to the organisers, there will be free screening for both cervical and prostate cancer for participants.
