The New Narrative newspaper for launch June 15


The New Narrative newspaper would be launched on June 15 in Lagos.A statement by the Publisher/CEO, Kalu Okoronkwo, said: “Nigeria is on the crossroads and needs voices of truthfulness that echo the need of the people, justice and fair-play.” He said the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto, Bishop Mathew Kukah, would deliver a lecture on: “State of the Nation and Governance.”

Among those expected at the occasion are Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, Chairman Swiss Spirit Danag, Port Harcourt, Daniel Chimezie Okeke (Omereoha) and Special Adviser, Media and Publicity to the President, Femi Adesina.

Others include the Founder/CEO, Centre for Values in Leadership, Prof. Pat Utomi, Minister for Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma Udo Udoma, and Managing Director, Proshare Ltd, Femi Awoyemi.

Also expected are member, House of Representatives, Uko Nkole, National President, Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN) and Moderator, Lagos Presbyterian Church, Lekki, Rev. (Dr.) Benebo Fubara-Manuel, and Head, Brands and Corporate Communications, Fidelity Bank Plc, Mr. Charles Aigbe, among others.
