The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won both the gubernatorial and state house of assembly seat in the Falomo Police Barracks 4, polling unit 034, where Remi Tinubu voted earlier in the day.

APC gov candidate polled 79, while PDP got 12 votes.

For the state House of Assembly, APC got 71 while PDP polled nine votes.

While 840 voters registered in the unit, only 97 were accredited and 96 could cast their votes.

Reacting to why registered voters refused to vote, one of the voters at the unit, Korede Yakub, said the state elections were not a contest but to fulfill all righteousness, as it was known that APC would win.

Another voter, Emmanuel Ogah, said people were discouraged because the presidential election results did not reflect the choice of the poeple.

Ogah expressed lack of trust in the electoral process.

Faults developed by the smart card readers also contibuted to the low number of voters because some people were too inpatient.
