Coming at a time the country is yet to address a legal battle worth $9.6 billion in gas deal involving Process & Industrial Development Limited (P&ID), Group Managing Director, Mele Kyari, said the legal department of the state oil firm had intervened in a number of arbitrations that helped the country saved about $3 billion.
Kyari disclosed this at a Town Hall meeting that also involved the participation of the corporation staff.
