Firm expands portfolio, targets $400m investment
DespiteĀ downturns in the economy,Ā a Pan-African investment company, Ultimus Holdings has expanded its luxury-fittingĀ portfolio with the launching of The Classroom in Lagos.

The firm also plansĀ to invest about $400million in Nigeria within the next 10 years and spread its footprints to African countries.Ā
President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ultimus Holdings, Dr. Ifeanyi Odii, disclosed this at the launch of The Classroom, a luxury fittings showroom meant to provide elegant and classy fittings in the real estate sector.

Dr. Odii noted that the decision to open the fittings showroom is driven by the passion to transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary spaces.Ā

He explained that āThe Classroomā offers a mix of fittings solutions, which are developed in partnership with global brands, to create an appealing balance of lifestyle products.Ā

In his remarks, the companyās Vice President, Mr. David Ewemie, explained that the outlet offers a top-end solution in interior design that provides an experience, which comes with glamour and grandeur.Ā

Ewemie disclosed that the company has built a strong partnership with brands such as Adell, Metsan lightning, Dr SMART, Ahsapsan, Kale, and Avonni in different areas of interior decoration and design that meets the expectation of its customers or clients.

Lagos StateĀ Commissioner for Physical Planning, Dr. Idris Salako, who was the guest of honour, expressed satisfaction with the investment and pledged government support for genuine investors.

The companyās Assistant General Manager, Mr. Nnamdi Azike, stated that the company boasts of a robust product portfolio that cut across the architectural coating, bathroom fittings, kitchen cabinet, and appliances as well as lighting, wardrobe and doors and tiles.Ā Ā

Azike stated that the style of furniture and fittings provided by the company have evolved over the years to meet modern living (contemporary and classic).
