Firm unfolds Makarios luxury place in Lagos

One of the leading real estate firms, Makarios Luxury Properties has launched a luxurious upmarket mixed development located in Ibeju Lekki area of Lagos State.

The development, known as Makarios Luxury Place, modelled after Dubai Waterfront, is seated in a 33-hectare land between two major expressways facing the Lekki-Epe expressway to the north and proposed coastal road to the south.

Ashimolowo recalled that the purchase of the lands took about 23 years.”It took us 23 years to consolidate this, we were not in a hurry, people who were in a hurry would have cut it and sold. We didn’t sell we waited for 23 years and we don’t owe anyone, If we owe anything is our 27 roads, which we took a loan from one of the banks to do, the roads are ready, Nobody builds real estate the way we are doing it, we have already put the infrastructure before you even buying your plots,” Ashimolowo said.
