Mr. Osunrinade Ibukunoluwa is the MD/CEO of Stonetrust Realty Limited, one of the leading Real Estate Investment Company based in Lagos.

Real estate investment is one of the leading areas of investment that has contributed to the financial economy in Nigeria and as such seen a massive influx of players in the industry to leverage the deficit that the country currently has.

This, amongst other factors, such as making housing affordable to all different classes of the society were his mantra when Ibukunoluwa was appointed the MD/CEO of Stonetrust Realty Limited, which is a subsidiary of The Landwey Group.

With his quest for career achievements and personality attributes, made him a typical example of a successful young man who has scaled up their frontiers within the small and medium-sized enterprise in the country.

As an entrepreneur, he possesses a strong focus on utilising existing and emerging initiatives and innovations to enable business growth, increase investment portfolios through real estate and its emerging frontiers market, has built positive and lasting relationships with team members, clients and key stakeholders.

Ibukunoluwa as an investment entrepreneur and leadership expert has built more on his reputation in recent times, holds a degree in Animal health and production and an MBA in Strategic Business Management.

According to him, “Operating from my primary centre of relevance, being the MD/ CEO of Stonetrust Realty Limited, I have expressed my passion through developing pro-investment measures that have contributed to inspiring youths of the essence of Real Estate Investment in wealth building and societal development.” he said.

“For me, Nigerian must begin to invest into real estate sustainably to reduce the huge gap deficits in the country as there is still enough room for investment,” he stated.

Also, he noted that “Investment for productivity, development and financial wealth is a necessity in our society if we are to ever reach our potential as a nation. Everybody must begin to show interest in the sector.”

Having executed about 6 projects since inception with over 20 staff members, he said the long term prosperity of the business remains important to ensure sustainability despite the initial challenge of raising startup capital.

“We are a real estate company that has taken upon ourselves the mandate to meet the needs of the average person in terms of shelter. We play within the commercial and retail as well as the residential property fragment of the real estate industry; some of our other services include real estate advisory services, sales, marketing and development.”

However, with Nigeria’s real estate sector still witnessing a lot of crisis, which includes fraudulent practices by land grabbers, breach of contract by real estate sellers, sale of government acquired lands, among others.

He acknowledged that the sector remains viable for potential investors, but also warned that those who may not want to risk their funds should engage the services of good companies in their real estate investments decision.

“We as a leader in the industry are committed to delivering to our clients as some of our project that are now selling include, Dwell Encore and , Essence Court 1 in Lakowe, while Essence Epe, Richfield Scheme 1, Epe; Castle Prime, Epe; and Dwell, Epe are all sold out.

As a career magnate, with over 6 years working experience in Sales, Insurance, Digital Marketing, General Management and Real Estate, Oladeinde has expertise in leadership, communications, with great ability to solve complex company problems, using excellent judgment and decision-making skills, that are proficient.

He currently sits on the board of advisory of a Prop Tech Company and is a life member of the professional association; Enterprise Development Centre (EDC), Pan Atlantic University, Lagos State.

Personally, he believes in the interdependence of Nigerian youths, which for him is a way to give back to society and prompted the decision to develop a platform where about 1,000 young Nigerians will be provided with the opportunity to pursue a career in the real estate industry.

“In this business, your clients must trust you to deliver with their money as nobody wants to lose his or her money,” he adds.
