Lagos NIESV to honour real estate achievers

The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch plans to host its 15th honours Nite real estate, a forum designed to recognise achievers in the sector.

Chairman of the branch, Mrs. Olabisi Demola-Alade, said the biennial event would recognise landmark real estate achievements in both public and private sectors.

She said: “The forum has over the years been positioned as one of the biggest real estate events. It promises to be a gathering of top stakeholders.

“As estate surveyors and valuers, we understand the pivotal role we play in the real estate sector; it is not just about business only. In providing one of the basic human needs like shelter, we are able to identify players in the sector, who have contributed selflessly to keep the sector growing.”

Demola-Alade added: “We do not decide who these achievers are but we send electronic survey forms to industry practitioners and sister professional bodies in the real estate sector to nominate these awardees.”
