Riveton Homes and Properties CEO, Rilwan Atiku receives CIPRMP award

Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of foremost real estate firm, Riveton Homes and Properties, Rilwan Atiku have been honoured by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana (CIPRMP) in recognition of his strides in business management.

Atiku who has been in business for about ten years is also the brain behind Atican Nigeria Ltd, a real estate and hospitality company, owners of one the most developed and serene estate and one of the most popular beach resort in Nigeria.

Speaking after receiving the award, he said the award is a boost and an encouragement to do more.

For him, his passion in real estate was what made him establish Riveton Homes and Properties after he left Atican Nigeria Ltd in 2018.

“My Drive is my passion for Real Estate and Hospitality. I believe Nigerians deserve good things and the only way I can give that to them is through Real Estate and Hospitality”.

According to him, Riveton Homes and Properties have other laudable projects like their proposed new affordable Estate project coming up in the heart of Epe Town and their apartment project coming up in Abraham Adesanya.
